She says she picked them up in an army surplus, I feel like they're leather, but I don't take too much issue with second-hand leather. It is hard to see how that creates a demand, so, I may investigate.
Or, I'm a tightwad* so maybe I'll just make my own. I have been meaning to make a foray into Spatland anyway.
*I always think the word 'tightwad' could have secondary usage when referring to men's trousers that don't fit properly. Maybe I'm just a perv.
